When mentioning the word “intelligence” the first thing that comes in people mind is that everyone is intelligent related to a special field, is talented in something. Actually is not as simply as this because we all have the nine intelligences. A traditional view would say that people are born with a fixed amount of intelligence but in fact is that we have all these intelligences and each of us with a unique combination.

   Being aware of this helps us in our learning process. I have always thought of myself as someone who should stay away from math, but no just the right time and even a little more effort would bring good results. Awareness will make even an easier job for the teachers. There are a lot of benefits, as for a student it increases self-confidence. We as students will be able to manage our own learning and will value more our individual strengths.

   There is no theory without someone who to criticize. Critics say that is not well defined and it is very impartial. Since M.I. theory states that it is a close relation between culture and intelligence critics use this as a culture embedded.

   Furthermore technology has become inseparable part of our life and learning process of course. Multimedia has affected a lot the way we learn. In many different ways it helps us in improving linguistic intelligence, reading and writing skills.
   
   To conclude I would say that we should always be in search of effective ways that will make us better learners and in the future better teachers.

Webinars   Being sincere is not that when I heard the term of webinars I knew anything about it. Just from the word I could think of web and seminar which equals webinar. So this was the first thought, and actually was closely related with the real meaning of webinars.    Just like you guys’ watching the videos at first was a little tiring but they were actually interesting and full of information about webinars. Hi everyone :) Flipped classroom     I run into the term just recently but I did not know what it really meant. After the experience in my class, now I do have a clear idea of what flipped classroom is. They replace teacher lectures with some instructions, video or other forms. I would like to mention a lot of benefits like students can work from their own space, but the key is that they do advanced work. They should read while in classroom.       As I said for me was the first experience in my class which I really enjoyed.
